so obviously the movie turned out to be rather nice(it always happened when i didn't want to watch a particular film that he wanted to watch). heart-wrenching at certain parts, like when the children were trained to be murderers and they carried guns and rifles and other dangerous weaponry with them to kill their own people(cuz it was a civil war between this rebel group called R.U.F. that the children were in and the government, over diamond issues).
i find civil wars to be the most absurd thing that can ever happen. i mean, isn't everybody living on the same land and same soil in the same country? a war between 2 countries is already bad enough, a war within a country? totally incomprehensible and unacceptable.
anyway, i really admired leonardo dicapro's acting in the show. he handled his character exceptionally well, considering that he gotta switch from his own american accent to an african accent. superb acting skills. so people, nice and meaningful show. now i know not all movies must only make me happy because they can also add value to my life.
speaking of movies, i just watched the day after tomorrow on channel 5. wonder what would happen if tomorrow never come?
